Month headline format

This might be a bit picky but still... things need to be easy on the eyes.

For English this is not an issue. But in some locales months are written with lower case letters all the way through in a sentence. This is correct but it gets ugly when the month is used by itself like for the heading in every column in a budget. I can live with the lower case in the "navigation pane" that holds all the months since they are abbreviated anyway. But for the header I think no locale would suffer from capitalizing the first letter in the month even if it means overriding the locale.

Yes, I think that would look so much better. Also removing the dot. I can see where the localization guy came from with this thought but it screws the style in this case.
