Is it possible to bump the forum attachment size limit to something a little higher than 192k?
/s implied, unless stated otherwise.

I actually don't have that much space on the server, so I'm going to keep it low.

There are many other places to upload files. :)

You can also compress files, often to less than that limit, using https://tinypng.com/.

But I want to upload 10MB bitmaps!  :'(
