Running balance

It would be nice if this was an option on an account-by-account basis.

I only use the running balance in my checking account. I almost never use it for any of my other accounts.

@Alex, can you add a card for running balance including the option to enable per account?

Running balances are necessary for reconciliation-- I second the request.

The bank and the accounts need a running balance to compare against each other.
