What does Optimized Web App mean

I've read several times the mobile solution will be an optimized Web app, but other than it not being a dedicated iOS, etc app I don't really know what that means.

@Alex do you mind elaborating a little on what you have in mind?

I like that it appears we'll have full functionality on our mobile devices, but am wondering if there are plans to make quick entries on the fly part of the functionality. Entering transactions in the register as is will be difficult.

Yeah, basically I mean it'll be better UX for mobile devices. So a completely different transaction entry page for mobile.
