I applied for this one last night. I am sitting on my electric bill which I usually pay on the 31st even though it isn't due until the 17th in the hopes of getting that in as one of my bills.

Update- I applied for the account on 10/13 and I just found out it got approved yesterday. I had called them on Friday to ask about the status.

At the same time, I had applied for an account for my wife, but it has not been approved yet. I think it got moved to the front of the line because I called, possibly.

They did however mention that they are working through the backlog of applications they have due to the promotion, and I would still be eligible for the promotion even if they don't get the application approved before the 15th.
