Right now when hovering over the category name in budget view the "you can mark this text" curser appears. (Like when hovering over text) However you can not mark the text. I think the curser should be like when it is recognizing a button/link as you can move categories around or click the category name to rename it. I do not know if this is possible and it is a very small inconvenience. But i think the change would be more visually appealing.
