Title: Scan receipts
Post by: machei on November 25, 2016, 10:24:52 AM
One of the things I always wished for was the ability to take a photograph of a receipt for something important I had just bought, so it's right there with the entry for the item. Possibly not practical or possible. Most of my important receipts are scanned and stored on a google drive or dropbox folder. So perhaps even the ability to link to the receipt file from the item entry after the fact would be awesome.

No expectation, just putting it out there as an idea. Love what you're doing... please keep at it! My current plan is to move over from YNAB completely on January 1st to start clean with a new year. :)

Hi @machei thanks for the suggestion. :)

While it probably won't be done anytime soon, I created a Trello card. Who knows?

Thanks so much! Getting it on the radar was really all I was hoping for for now. I know there's bigger fish to fry at the moment.  ;D

I assume the user was referring to SAP being the leading business financial system used in the corporate world.

Man, when we implemented SAP at my former job, they hated when I called it "sap" and not "S.A.P."  :P

You know what sucks more?

Users who wanted sky and beyond on the initial configuration and ended up with multiple untouched features implemented.
