:parrot: Finally got to the bottom of the buggy issues in Safari!
It had to do with the webpack-offline Application Cache fallback. See more: https://github.com/pouchdb/pouchdb/issues/5943
Basically, the tradeoff is now you can no longer use Financier in offline mode in Safari and IE. (Unaffected in Chrome and Firefox.) Once they support Service Workers, it will magically start working. :)
