Title: Unable to Reconcile to $0 balance

When I reconcile my wallet (cash) I am unable to enter 0 as my balance after I answer "no" to the balance the question. The reconcile button is greyed out.

Win 10
Chrome Version 55.0.2883.87 m (64-bit)
Financier Version 1.4.7 (Dec 18, 2016)

This problem has a status of "In Progress".
