Can't start my subscription

Hi there!

I've added a card and I'm trying to start my subscription to your fantastic site.
When I press the green "Start Subscription ($12.00 per year)" button, it goes grey with a spinny wheel, and then just turns green again with "Start Subscription".

No errors..

Any idea?

Hey there @abrileroux,

I looked into my logs and this is due to the payment being declined by your bank. You might need to contact your bank (they should see the attempt) or try another payment method.

I could improve the wording around here, and/or create an email when payment fails.

I just re-added the card and now it works!
