Well, after a (really) long time, I've open sourced the frontend to Financier!

I was trying to take the time to ensure that no production data will be leaked, and I'm pretty sure we're good. To be safe, I've rotated some keys.

This is fulfilling my promise to open source Financier within a year of no new development. Please enjoy, make PRs, etc etc. I will consider open sourcing the backend in the future, but there are some keys and whatnot that need to be cleaned up in those repos.
