What are your must-have features that you need before you can switch over to Financier completely?

I know I just included the top 3 features that I need in order to migrate, so please post if there are any additional features that you need and I will add them to the poll!

There, I updated the poll to include a couple more of what I believe are the most desired features...

I've got to have an optimized mobile app. That's how 85% of my transactions are entered.

Scheduled transactions would be next, but I can fully convert and make do until they're added if I can add via a mobile app with ease.

Scheduled recurring transactions make paying bills a lot easier. Mobile transaction entry and having budget info when out and about is very important for my wife. Beyond that, goals would help in streamlining the budgeting process, but they're not critical. Being able to edit/merge/manage payees would be nice, but I can also live without that for the time being.

Scheduled transactions is the big one. But then I had a hard time choosing between check numbers, search, payee management and running balance. So I left out Payee management.

Check numbers are available now. Right click on the account and click "Show check number".  ;)

@Joel, can you remove Check Numbers from the poll, and add The Ability to Change Mind on Polls to the poll?

I've already made the switch but ill say

1. Scheduled Transactions
2. Import .ofx/.qif
3. Search

For those who have a money/cash/wallet account, mobile optimised is crucial since I'll forget my transactions by the time I get back to my computer.

I didn't really use scheduled transactions until I decided to add all of my regular bills and realised I have over 20 transactions which can be scheduled (rough date and $). Knowing this, I feel having scheduled transactions will greatly improve efficiency and help consolidate those unknown pending credit card transactions that don't show the Payee name until they're finalised.

For me, the search function goes hand in hand with bulk editing. Sometimes I find a number of payees and want to make bulk changes to Categories. I wouldn't mind if there was a way to bulk modify Payee name and/or bulk modify Memo, too. (I have been adding 'Direct Debit' for all known automated transactions)

I thought they might be. I deleted that option :)

I deleted the Check Numbers option.

I thought I had selected the box that allowed someone to change their mind, but that doesn't appear to be the case. And there does not appear to be a way to fix that. @Alex am I missing it?

With an optimized mobile application, that will make it to where my wife can use the software - so that is mandatory.

Scheduled transactions, import ofx, and payee management will be required for me to effectively use the software. My workflow relies heavily on using scheduled transactions as bill pay reminders, and then I use the import ofx capabilities to clear transactions, and you can't have importing without payee management if you want meaningful payee names.

Those three are what it would take for me to bury YNAB4 and move forward at this point.

After that, search capabilities and running balance are high on my list. I can function without them, and I would switch over before they were available.

Lastly, goals. I can do everything I need related to goals, but it is something that would be nice to have at some point in the future.
